approach in the USA

Prof. Dr. Martin Hilb, the founder and managing partner of the International Center for Corporate Governance, has been awarded a gold medal in Corporate Govenance by the International Academy of Quality in St. Louis, USA "... for exceptional contributions to the practice of quality in governance".

After Prof. Ira Millstein, the leading American governance expert of the Yale School of Management in New York, Martin Hilb is only the second academic  to receive this worldwide award.

Martin Hilb's eponymous standard work on "New Corrporate Governance" which has been published in eight languages, presents a holistic and sustainable model for the effectice direction and control of companies.
This innovative approach was published in an abridged version by the World Bank's Global Governance Forum in Washington D.C.
